Products and pricing

We work to describe our products and display pricing accurately, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or description error and to cancel or refuse any order affected by such an error, even after an order has been submitted or confirmed. If we cancel an order for this reason, you will not be charged, or will be fully refunded if already charged.

Professional-use products

Some products in our catalog are formulated for use by licensed cosmetology or salon professionals and are labeled accordingly. Professional-size items are sold for professional or personal use at the buyer's discretion and risk. We recommend a patch test before first use of any new product and following the instructions on the product packaging. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice.

Orders and accounts

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
